Job summary

Bear Electrical Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, permits, and field coordination while communicating effectively with clients, crews, and vendors.

We value strong leadership, safety focus, and proactive problem solving. A Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering or PMP is preferred; Procore proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management credential is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the NEC, permitting requirements, and job site safety standards.
• Proficiency with Procore; estimating software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from award through closeout, including planning, scheduling, execution, and final documentation.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, submittals, billing, and project reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal departments to keep work moving forward.
• Prepare project implementation plans, including safety plans and risk management plans.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor agreements; secure permits and licenses before work begins.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development; promote consistent PM practices.
