Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Oklahoma City seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to manage complex cases, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and prepare for trials. You will collaborate with paralegals and case managers to meet court orders and firm standards.

The ideal candidate has a JD, admission to at least one U.S. state bar, and proven experience in complex litigation. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to settlement strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission to at least one US state.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategies for mass tort cases.
• Draft and file pleadings, amendments, and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venues for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
