CoVolt Power is seeking a Mass Grading Foreman to lead field operations on utility-scale solar projects. The role involves supervising grading crews, coordinating earthwork activities, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across site operations.

Responsibilities include heavy equipment coordination, GPS machine control, SWPPP compliance, and daily production reporting. The candidate will train subordinate foremen and coordinate with Project Management, Survey, and QA/QC teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in mass earthwork operations and GPS machine control.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute work from construction drawings, grading plans, and survey data.
• Proficiency with Procore for project documentation, production reporting, drawings, RFIs, and field coordination.
• Mentoring and training others on grading operations and SWPPP compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple grading crews to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Supervise operators of dozers, graders, excavators, scrapers, haul trucks, and other heavy equipment.
• Coordinate daily operations with Project Management, Superintendents, Survey, QA/QC, subcontractors, and environmental personnel.
• Monitor production rates, trimming cut/fill quantities, and equipment performance to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure SWPPP compliance, OSHA requirements, and project quality standards.
• Mentor Foremen and operators to develop future field leaders.
