CoVolt Power seeks a Civil Foreman to lead utility-scale solar and BESS site crews, guiding grading, drainage, road work, and SWPPP compliance with precision and safety. You will oversee GPS machine control operations and coordinate with PM, survey, QA/QC, and subcontractors to keep schedules and production on track.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, field communication, and a solid background in civil construction.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; civil construction experience preferred.
• Experience with grading, drainage, SWPPP, and earthwork operations.
• Familiarity with GPS machine control for heavy equipment is a plus.
• Ability to train and mentor field crews and coordinate with PM, survey, QA/QC, and subcontractors.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple civil crews to deliver site grading, drainage, SWPPP compliance, and earthwork.
• Oversee road construction, site access, and pad prep; ensure quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Survey, QA/QC, and subcontractors to maintain schedules.
• Maintain production reports, quantity tracking, and daily field documentation.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, pre-task plans, and job hazard analyses.
