Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking an experienced Masonry Restoration Superintendent to lead field operations on restoration projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have strong masonry restoration knowledge, blueprint interpretation, and proven crew leadership, coordinating manpower, equipment, and materials at job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial masonry restoration experience.
• 3+ years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and restoration details.
• Strong coordination, time management, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a crew of multiple employees, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations.
• Monitor crew work for quality.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and restoration details.
• Conducts regular tailgate safety meetings.
• Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframe.
• Enforces all company and client-required safety policies and procedures.
• Submits crewmembers’ timesheets into payroll by deadline.
