Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Markets Digital Assets leader on the CIB Digital Markets floor in New York to drive blockchain-enabled financial products for a global client franchise.

You will develop and operate proprietary blockchain apps across private and public networks, launch cutting-edge solutions, and help grow wallet share in a fast-expanding client segment. Qualifications

• Commercial mindset and strong communication.
• Experience with Markets product knowledge from execution desk, treasury, product development or sales.
• Ability to drive front-office targets and deliver results.
• Ability to gather and bridge client and sales needs with technical teams.
• Knowledge of Digital Assets is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intraday liquidity growth and manage client exposures on blockchain.
• Lead and develop a cross-regional team across New York and London.
• Support Markets Digital Assets initiatives and translate client needs into product/tech requirements.
• Coordinate with Trading, Sales, Technology, Treasury, Legal, and Operations on strategy and controls.
• Drive the digital assets roadmap, monitor market structures and regulatory developments.
