Qualifications

Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills.
Experience in markets product from execution desk, treasury, product development or sales.
Execution-oriented with accountability for front-office targets.
Ability to analyze client/sales needs while bridging technical gaps.
Experience in digital assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee intraday liquidity flows on blockchain, monitor client exposures and settlements.
Lead and develop a team across New York and London; set objectives and scale adoption.
Support all Markets Digital Assets initiatives and translate client needs into product and tech requirements.
Align Trading, Sales, Technology, Treasury, Legal, and Operations on strategy and controls.
Drive the digital assets roadmap and stay current on market structure and regulations.
