You will drive liquidity management, collaborate with Trading, Sales and Technology, and influence strategy across private and public blockchains.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, prior markets product knowledge, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable product and tech requirements while staying ahead

Qualifications

• Commercial mindset with strong communication skills.
• Experience in Markets product knowledge from execution desk, treasury, product development or sales.
• Execution-oriented with accountability for front-office targets.
• Ability to bridge technical gaps by analyzing client needs.
• Knowledge of digital assets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intraday liquidity management and grow client wallet share via blockchain.
• Lead a team across New York and London; set objectives and scale adoption.
• Support Markets Digital Assets initiatives and translate client needs into product/tech requirements.
• Align cross-functional teams on strategy, operating model, and controls.
• Drive the digital assets roadmap, monitor market structure, and regulatory developments.
