JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Consumer & Community Bank Digital Assets team, shaping strategy, partnerships and corporate development across crypto, blockchain and digital assets.

You will oversee a high‑performing team, collaborate with lines of business and external partners to evaluate opportunities, build business cases and execute partnerships or acquisitions that drive value for Chase customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial services experience.
• 5+ years of digital assets experience.
• Proven leadership of high‑performing teams.
• Curiosity and passion for financial services and digital assets.
• Experience in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
• Track record of successful partnerships, alliances or acquisitions.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high‑performance team within Chase Digital Assets and Blockchain Solutions.
• Collaboratively develop partnership strategy with lines of business and identify key strategic elements.
• Identify, negotiate and execute partnerships and acquisitions with external partners to drive business results.
• Develop and deliver proposals with lines of business including vision, economics and product definition.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and other partners to build business cases and key terms for partnerships.
• Monitor external developments and communicate opportunities to key stakeholders.
