Job summary

Informa Group Plc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Manager for the Technomics Research & Insights team. You will act as the day-to-day project manager for research projects, planning and executing all aspects of study work with internal teams and clients, often with minimal supervision.

The role requires at least 5 years of market research experience, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, and the ability to deliver actionable insights through written reports and presentations to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of market research experience in consulting, consumer research, or related services.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, social science, market research, or related field.
• Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SPSS or similar platforms.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative methods and presenting insights to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead project objectives and tasks with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure projects align with budgets and timelines in collaboration with senior team members.
• Design research plans and develop survey questionnaires.
• Manage primary quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and analysis.
