National Research Group is seeking a Research Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Technology research practice. You will support a full project lifecycle from survey design to report delivery, translating data into clear insights and compelling narratives.

The role emphasizes quantitative and qualitative methods, storytelling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet tight timelines and deliver impactful findings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics or related field.
Experience in market research or consumer insights is preferred.
Ability to translate data into clear insights and narratives.

Responsibilities

Support all phases of quantitative and qualitative research projects from design to reporting.
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations through reports and visuals.
Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
Assist with quality control across the research lifecycle.
Leverage AI-enabled approaches to enhance insight generation.
