The ideal candidate is a junior-to-mid level analyst who communicates well, works independently, and is eager to grow in a data-centric setting within a leading staffing network.

Qualifications

• Experience with market data platforms (Bloomberg, FactSet, LSEG/Refinitiv).
• Understanding of market data within a Security Master framework.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Systems Analyst in a data-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document market data systems and data flows, particularly within a Security Master environment.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into structured documentation.
• Create detailed process flows, system diagrams, and data mapping documentation.
• Evaluate data from Bloomberg, FactSet, LSEG/Refinitiv and related platforms.
• Support system enhancement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Assist in designing solutions within a data-centric systems environment.
• Ensure clarity and traceability between business requirements, data flows, and technical implementation.
• Communicate findings and documentation effectively to cross-functional teams.
