Job summary

Brunelle's Marina in South Hadley, MA is seeking an experienced marine technician to join our hands-on service team. This full-time, year-round role involves diagnosing and repairing engines, supporting the service manager, and helping other technicians move jobs forward.

We value practical skills in marine engines, outboards, sterndrives and inboards, as well as electrical, fuel and cooling systems. Factory certifications help, but proven hands-on ability matters most; advancement opportunities

Qualifications

We’re growing our service team and looking for an experienced marine technician who’s ready to take the next step.

This is a hands-on position working directly alongside our Service Manager as their right-hand person — diagnosing and repairing engines, keeping service jobs moving, helping other technicians, and assisting with day-to-day shop operations

We’re looking for someone with experience in:

• Marine engine diagnostics & repair
• Outboards, sterndrives & inboards
• Mercury/MerCruiser, Volvo Penta, Yamaha and/or Suzuki
• Marine electrical, fuel & cooling systems
• Winterization, commissioning & seasonal service

Factory certifications are a plus, but strong hands-on experience matters most.
