• Collaborate with the broader service department to ensure tasks are finished efficiently and meet high quality benchmarks.
• Help maintain a safe and organized workspace for the entire team.

Required Skills and Experience

• Ideally, three or more years of professional experience in marine or outboard engine service.
• Extensive background working specifically with Mercury outboard products is strongly desired.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot various mechanical and electrical marine components.
• Possession of Mercury-specific certifications is considered an advantage.
• Holding ABYC certifications is viewed as a positive asset.
