Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a marine technician, manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license required; boating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on boats.
• Perform routine maintenance including fluid changes, winterizing, and commissioning.
• Install and troubleshoot marine electronics and navigation systems.
• Conduct inspections and provide detailed repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Accurately document service work and communicate with the service team.
• Availability to work weekends during peak season.
• Must provide and maintain own set of tools.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Marine Technician to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

The Marine Technician will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of marine vessels and engines, including outboard, inboard, and sterndrive systems. This role also involves working with electrical systems, rigging, and trailer systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about marine technology and customer satisfaction.
