Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II, Packaging to operate and optimize the packaging line in West Chester Township, OH, ensuring on-spec and compliant product in a cGMP environment.

You will perform equipment setup, line clearance, in-process monitoring, cleaning, batch records, and participate in 5S and kaizen to drive continuous improvement. Overtime may be required; strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or cGMP regulated environment.
• Strong English reading/writing and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery, service machines, monitor status, and ensure flow of product.
• Set up equipment, select recipes, data entry in SCADA/HMI, adjust as needed.
• Perform manual packaging, hand packaging, and rework of in-process material.
• Handle light material movement with pallet jacks and lifts.
• Conduct visual quality inspection and sample in-process materials.
• Troubleshoot minor jams and equipment defects.
• Collaborate with technical staff to resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory and reconciliation; use SAP and WES as needed.
• Maintain cGMP clean environment; batch records and SOPs.
• Acquire required certifications and train others as needed.
• Overtime may be required.
