Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is a leading automotive supplier in the United States seeking a hands-on manufacturing supervisor. You will direct Team Leaders and Team Members in an assigned area, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while aligning with company policies.

You will apply Toyota Production System (TPS) methods, develop standardized work, and monitor KPI performance. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to drive continuous improvement and staff

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant manufacturing experience.
Minimum two (2) years of previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Directs Team Leaders and other Team Members in assigned manufacturing area.
Plan and coordinate staffing, work hours and overtime.
Develop and maintains positive team member relations centered on mutual trust and teamwork.
Provide direction and motivation emphasizing safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, cost reduction, and morale.
Lead continuous improvement activities and KPI tracking.
Maintain safety, quality, and process standards; ensure compliance with policies.
