The role requires strong drawings literacy, ERP familiarity, and a track record of 4+ years in manufacturing environments, with experience leading teams highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a team is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing employees within an area of responsibility on various processes and operations.
• Assign work and instruct operators on techniques, quality and safety.
• Ensure materials, tools and fixtures are available for production.
• Maintain on-time completion by performing direct labor and related tasks.
• Audit work to ensure adherence to quality procedures.
