Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 12-hour production shift for 20+ hourly employees.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery and productivity targets.
• Troubleshoot complex processes/equipment and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise technicians, operators and material handlers.
• Administer training and assess talent for development.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of operation.
