Job Description Summary

Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. Responsible for planning and execution, with some autonomy within standard practices and procedures. Judgment may be required but typically with guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute production according to instructions.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, applying experience and expertise to execute policies and strategies.
• Understand key business drivers and how team work integrates with other teams to contribute to the area.
• Use judgment to propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance, solving straightforward tasks using technical skills and analytical thinking. Collaborate with multiple internal sources to make decisions.
• Likely an individual contributor with interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent, providing informal guidance to new team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in plant operations ensuring reliability and consistency.
• Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain US Govt security clearance.
