What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to customers through the internal ticketing system
- Track and document all customer support communications, escalations, and resolutions
- Triage issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, requirements, processes, and work plans
- Engage with product management and software engineers regarding digital platform issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support role within a software development organization
- Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in SQL querying and API knowledge
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Dynatrace, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), and Okta
- Familiarity with PowerBI and developing PowerBI reports
- Knowledge of Google Cloud platforms
- Background in the insurance industry
- Experience with PowerShell
