Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of work experience with database systems, SQL, Python, PHP
• Understanding of Regular Expressions (RegEx), JSON, XML
• Experience with creating pipelines and dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Configure localization tools and automate translation workflows to ensure a precise and efficient localization process
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to support localization operations and enhance efficiency
• Implement automation solutions for immediate and tactical results
• Own end-to-end issue management, triage, prioritization, communication with requesters, and lead investigations for bug/error resolution
• Review and monitor data for issues, identify trends, and areas for improvement
• Assist non-technical team members with implementing solutions
• Maintain documentation of changes and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with translation system configuration, workflow automation, localization process, and issues
• Knowledge of PHP, React, XML, and other web technologies
• Familiarity with source code version control systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data sets
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities and deadlines
