• CAD experience with Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manufacturing Engineering interface for new product launches, collaborating with design engineering or customers.
• Create, implement, and maintain methods, sequences, and processes for assemblies and components.
• Design manufacturing line layouts guided by Lean principles to optimize throughput.
• Identify process problems, determine root causes, and implement stabilization improvements.
• Create assembly work instructions and checklists for production.
• Support selection of new manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Translate customer specifications into actionable factory activities and testing.
• Develop metrics to drive quality improvement and process capability.
