Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in manufacturing engineering roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Lean methodologies and quality standards (IPC-620, ISO-9001).
• Ability to design tests, define processes and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manufacturing Engineering interface for new product launches, collaborating with design engineering or customers.
• Create, implement and maintain methods, sequences and processes for assembly of components and products.
• Design manufacturing line layouts guided by Lean principles.
• Identify process problems, determine root causes and implement improvements to stabilize or improve processes.
• Create work instructions and checklists for assembly operations.
• Support selection of new manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Translate customer specifications into actionable factory activities and documentation.
• Develop metrics to drive quality improvements and process performance.
• Drive continuous improvement on existing manufacturing lines.
