GE Aerospace in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to define and control production processes, tooling, and equipment on the shop floor.
You will validate design specifications, lead small projects, and manage staff while applying analytical thinking to optimize workflows and ensure quality, timeliness, and cost targets.
Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness, etc.).
