The role demands strong Lean/continuous improvement experience and leadership of the Planning team in a fast-paced environment.

You will translate designs into efficient production plans, balance capacity, and support NPI and audits while mentoring junior engineers and driving cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; graduate degree preferred with significant related experience.
• 9+ years in manufacturing engineering or planning with leadership exposure.
• Experience creating routings, BOMs, and work instructions in ERP/MRP.
• Lean/Six Sigma training or certification preferred; strong data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of routings, BOMs, and work instructions in ERP/MRP.
• Translate designs into optimized manufacturing plans and sequences.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Design Engineering.
• Drive cost reduction, throughput improvement, and first-pass yield.
• Mentor planners and junior engineers; support NPI and audits.
• Develop capacity and line-balancing analyses to meet demand.
