Job summary

You will analyze processes, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Design Engineering to optimize performance.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and the ability to communicate findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and significant Manufacturing/Engineering experience required (or higher).
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, RCCA and SPC in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, routers, and technical data packages.

Responsibilities

• Support resolution of manufacturing issues to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and production efficiency.
• Assist with implementing corrective actions and process improvements that address production challenges, reduce waste, and strengthen operational performance.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Design Engineering, and other stakeholders to remove technical and execution barriers.
• Follow, improve, and uphold manufacturing standards, processes, and execution discipline with hands-on problem solving.
• Participate in root cause investigations and apply Lean/Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methods to support continuous improvement.
• Interpret technical, process, and production data, and communicate findings clearly to support team decisions and actions.
• Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance.
• Travel: 15%.
