Job summary
Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering leader to supervise a team, fix daily production issues, and drive improvements across formulation, filling, lyophilization, packaging, and warehousing. You will coordinate with QA, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure product and process quality and compliance.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years in regulated pharma manufacturing, with hands-on PLC and automation experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in plant manufacturing within a regulated cGMP environment.
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Familiarity with cGMP, FDA regulations, and data integrity standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Manufacturing Engineers to troubleshoot daily issues on assigned lines.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Drive equipment upgrades and participate in project funding and vendor communication.
