Job summary

General Motors in Toledo, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Lead for 2nd shift to guide a team of process engineers. You will drive improvements to manufacturing processes, equipment options, and flow to optimize throughput and quality.

You will develop and implement controls, mentor engineers, coordinate with plant personnel and product engineers, and lead problem solving using data, PPAP, and DFM concepts to meet safety, cost, and reliability goals.

• Coordinate PPAP and GP-12 activities and ensure Product Quality Standards.
