Stefanini is hiring a Lead Manufacturing Engineer for the 2nd shift in Dublin, VA. You will lead a manufacturing team, mentor staff, manage staffing, payroll, safety, and daily quality checks, while driving Lean initiatives to improve performance and reduce waste.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in manufacturing environments, and proficiency with MS Office; Lean/Six Sigma credentials are a plus. This is a long-term contract based on site in Dublin.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Preferred 3–5 years in manufacturing/warehouse in a union environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power BI).
• Lean experience and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor teams; coordinate staffing and coach employees.
• Oversee payroll and timekeeping; manage safety activities.
• Drive daily quality checks and lean improvement initiatives.
• Conduct daily team meetings; ensure on-time performance and cost goals.
• Identify waste and lead continuous improvement across the department.
