Stefanini Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Automotive Assembly for our Dublin, VA site. This onsite role focuses on leading process trials, improving production methods, and supporting lean initiatives to drive safety, efficiency, and quality.

You will collaborate with Materials and cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, balance manpower, and ensure launch readiness for new products and changes. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and hands-on leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support new process trials and provide engineering support for current production to ensure stable, efficient manufacturing operations.
• Establish and maintain optimal production methods, standards, tooling, and equipment for assigned products and processes.
• Drive safety, ergonomics, and efficiency improvements through process changes and continuous safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with Materials and cross-functional teams to optimize material flow using Lean principles.
• Coordinate implementation of new products and engineering changes balancing work timing, processes, and manpower.
• Partner with Engineering and Materials teams to conduct design reviews and support prototype builds and launch readiness.
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve quality, cost, and delivery.
• Analyze assembly operations and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and problem solving.
