  • Technical Center Resident Lead Manufacturing Engineer supporting North American manufacturing sites.

Position Requirements

Required

  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Proven track record of leadership capabilities to lead a cross functional product development team and process selection / development / improvement.
  • Works effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Project.
  • Strong degree of self-motivation and self-direction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding situation.
  • Knowledge of PFMEAs.

Preferred

  • Work experience in automotive industry or industrial / manufacturing engineering.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Operations experience.
  • Bilingual / Spanish Speaking (not required but a plus)
