Job summary

Requires 2+ years in mammography, ARRT certification, and AMA-approved radiologic tech training; Rhode Island license is mandatory with advanced mammography credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of AMA-approved Radiologic Technology Program or equivalent.
• Current Rhode Island license and ARRT certification.
• Advanced ARRT Mammography certification preferred.
• MQSA/ACR standards knowledge and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead mammography team and coordinate patient flow in the imaging center.
• Perform routine and complex mammographic exams with attention to ALARA.
• Provide on-the-job training and supervise junior technologists.
• Ensure QA/QC, equipment maintenance and accrediation readiness.
