Job summary

Solis Mammography seeks a Lead Mammography Technologist to manage daily clinical operations at our Houston center. The role drives quality care, timely results, and patient satisfaction while supporting a cohesive team environment.

Ideal candidates bring ARRT Mammography certification, active Texas licensure, and 2+ years in healthcare with supervisory experience. Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 is available for qualified technologists.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal radiologic technologic technology training program.
• Current ARRT advanced level certification in Mammography.
• Current, non-restricted licensure in state of work.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare industry experience with ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations of assigned centers and impact profitability and patient experience.
• Provide mammography and assist with biopsies as needed.
• Monitor staffing levels and coordinate with Center Director.
• Coach team members and maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.

Work Hours:Full-Time,Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Occasional Saturdays required.

The Lead technologist is responsible for the daily clinical operations of their assigned centers. This position is critical to Solis Mammography; by providing outstanding care and efficient results, the Lead technologist impacts the profitability of the organization as well as the patient experience.

Here is what you will need:

• Forms strong working relationships within the team;
• Identifies additional tasks to be complete and willingly assist others;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Prior experience with RIS/PACS preferred;
• Completion of formal radiologic technologic technology training program;

A Day in the Life of a Lead Mammography Technologist:

• Provide services and support for the following areas:
• Understands, promotes and demonstrates the “Solis Way”
• Performs mammography and/or assists with biopsies on as needed basis
• Monitors clinical staffing levels.
• Works in partnership with a Center Director who leads with authenticity, self‑awareness, an others‑minded approach, and an understanding‑first mindset

• Manages clinical team members on daily basis ensuring compliance with company policies, guidelines and procedures;
