Job summary

Southern California Edison seeks a Generation Major Construction Project Manager to lead major capital projects within the Generation Operations unit. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk with a team of SCE professionals, contractors, and ICs, ensuring safety and compliance across asset types.

You will engage with executives and stakeholders, develop budgets, and drive project delivery in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in construction project management.
• Valid Class C Driver's License.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience delivering complex power generation, water and/or gas utility projects with focus on safety and compliance.
• Experience managing cost/budget, scope, schedule, resources; supervising planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more moderate to large projects or programs with scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Develops plans, budgets, resources, and project strategy; leads schedule and budget development.
• Leads large teams of professionals and contractors, provides strategic and tactical leadership.
• Interacts with executives and management to present milestones and issues.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and field execution with high standards.
