Job summary

EKHO Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance and welding activities in our heavy industrial facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards, while guiding the Maintenance Team and Helpers.

This role requires 4+ years in maintenance, fabrication or welding, the ability to read blueprints, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 4+ years of maintenance, fabrication, and/or welding experience in a manufacturing or precast environment.
• Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to guide workflow and support team members in a shop environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety rules and promotes a safe work environment.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and assign work to team members.
• Maintain and troubleshoot maintenance-related equipment and conveyors.
• Ensure work is completed to specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Train and support other employees as needed.
