Maintenance and Training Lead Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Maintenance, Training, and Onboarding Lead, overseeing maintenance operations, developing training programs, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. This multifaceted role aims to ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, and a positive work environment through hands-on training and comprehensive onboarding facilitation.
