Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational/technical training in one or more civil or mechanical trades.
• Minimum five (5) years progressively knowledgeable work in the primary trade, with lead worker capacity.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a valid driver's license and certification in two of: Landscaping, Herbicide, Pesticide, Arborist, or Backflow.

Responsibilities

• Responds to internal and external customers in a timely, accurate, courteous and empathetic manner representing OCPS in a positive light.
• Plans and directs maintenance, repair and construction activities across civil or mechanical trades.
• Oversees contractors, prepares budgets and schedules, and monitors expenditures.
