Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and supervises assigned employees in tasks supporting County operations.
• Develops and refines equipment training programs for departments.
• Identifies improvements to promote skill development and productivity.
• Instructs employees in proper methods and use of equipment.
• Conducts on-the-job training for new hires with advanced practical knowledge.
• Maintains training records and reports.
