Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for our O&M team in McComb, MS. You will lead daily activities, train staff, and oversee maintenance of turbine pumps, electrical motors, panels, and pumps, ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of experience, plus strong mechanical and electrical hands-on skills. Valid driver's license preferred; CDL and other site-specific certifications may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety requirements.
• Mechanical and electrical hands-on expertise.

Responsibilities

• Allocates work and provides technical direction, assistance and training to other personnel.
• Ensures SOPs, DOT and OSHA requirements are met and recommends improvements.
• Trains staff on plant operations, repair and installation techniques and safe work practices.
• Performs advanced repairs on turbine pumps, electrical motors and panels, and pumps.
• Prepares maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles and facilities.
