POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a hands-on, troubleshooting expert to join our team as a Lead Maintenance Technician / Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will:

• Review work orders to determine work priorities and delegate the work to team members or outside contractors.
• Repair, maintain, and install machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
• Personally repair machines and equipment as necessary.
• Communicate and coordinate service, repair, and parts, and coordinate with the purchasing department.
• Perform maintenance activities on utility systems to provide a continuous supply of air required for operations.
• Request tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Participate in the development, enforcement, and training of safety programs related to the maintenance department and OSHA regulations.
• Document and report maintenance activities.
