Job summary

The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort in Saint Simons Island, GA is seeking a capable Lead Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of hands-on maintenance experience in property or building systems.
• Experience in at least two technical areas (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in indoor/outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and other building systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house, mechanical rooms, and exteriors.
• Organize daily work assignments and adjust priorities for safety and guest impact.
• Coach and support other maintenance technicians.
• Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records.
• Respond to leaks, equipment failures, and urgent property needs.
• Coordinate with departments to communicate repair status.
