Job summary

Paths Building Services LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Kissimmee, FL. The role oversees safe and economical maintenance of the building, grounds, and mechanical systems, reporting to the Regional Property/Maintenance Manager.

Strong leadership, home-maintenance skills, and a focus on resident safety are essential. The position requires at least five years of maintenance experience, HVAC/boiler/plumbing certifications, and managerial capability.

Qualifications

• Must have at least five (5) years maintenance experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Certifications in HVAC, boiler, sprinkler, plumbing are a must.
• Must possess strong customer service skills to communicate with residents, staff and vendors.
• Must effectively train and supervise other maintenance staff and work as a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and adjustments (carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, electrical, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with building rules and regulations (HDC, HPD, HCR, etc.).
• Clean public spaces including front of building, yards, steps, entrance hall, etc.
• Maintain appliances, equipment and inventory of supplies.
• Manage Handyman and Porter and review work orders for timely resolution.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly inspections of common areas and units.
• Provide on-call support for emergencies outside regular hours.
