RP Management Inc. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to supervise on-site maintenance staff and coordinate multiple trade activities to keep residents and common areas in excellent condition.

Required HVAC certification and a valid driver’s license. The role includes on-call duties, snow removal, and ensuring responsive maintenance within a 24–48 hour window, while upholding safety and efficiency across trades.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience across HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and direct daily activities of on-site maintenance staff.
• Perform general and specialized maintenance and repairs across multiple trades.
• Ensure completion of resident work orders within 24–48 hours.
