Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Processing Maintenance Technician Lead for D shift (16:00–04:30), with every other weekend required. The role leads the hourly maintenance crew across processing, filling, packaging, automation and utilities, ensuring food safety and product quality.

You will track work in the CMMS, coordinate repairs, and collaborate with supervisors to optimize downtime and performance. Requirements include a high school/GED, two-year technical training or journeyman preferred, and 2–5

Qualifications

Two-year technical trade school certification or military/vocational equivalent.
2–5 years in a food production/manufacturing environment operating, repairing, and/or troubleshooting processing equipment.

Responsibilities

Direct the completion of work regarding processing systems, filling and packaging equipment, automation activities and utilities systems.
Provide guidance to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
Manage the preventive maintenance program for the shift, ensuring tasks are completed and improvements implemented.
Use CMMS to track and complete work orders.
Assign technicians to jobs to meet maintenance demands and minimize downtime.
Support weekly schedule to ensure adequate coverage for required work and operations.
