Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years in manufacturing
• Experience leading equipment troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance
• Ability to train and mentor team; proficient in SOPs and SAP documentation

Aufgaben

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures in performance of duties
• Develop and establish maintenance procedures, maintenance plans & spare parts lists
• Lead corrective & preventive maintenance on assigned process
• Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and data sheets
• Work rotating shifts, night shifts, extended shifts and/or weekends
• Document maintenance activities in SAP
• Collaborate with process owners to improve performance & reliability
• Coach and train maintenance team
• Lead Root Cause Analysis using SPS tools
• Coordinate improvements with process owners and engineers
