Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks an experienced maintenance technician to perform expert break-fix and preventative maintenance within a US manufacturing environment. You will diagnose issues, repair mechanical and electrical systems, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of related experience, an technical associate degree, and experience with predictive technologies, vibration analysis, and precision alignments. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Associates degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience; or 7 years in specific industry.
• Experience in predictive technologies, precision alignments, and maintenance of process equipment.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; able to analyze problems and perform repairs.
• May travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Identifies and sources parts and repair items; evaluates alternatives for cost/reliability.
• Independently performs maintenance per industry standards and with CI tools.
• Coordinates with Planner Scheduler to optimize maintenance procedures.
• Leads training and provides mentorship to lower level technicians and project teams.
• Troubleshoots complex control systems and analyzes data from CMMS records.
