Qualifications

Ability to read technical procedures, electrical schematics, and work orders.
Knowledge of PLC/AC-DC drive systems and preventive maintenance.
Experience with CMMS and documentation of work orders.
Familiarity with OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot PLCs and drive systems to restore function.
Be on-call for emergency repairs and support off-shift needs.
Provide daily technical guidance to technicians and assist in training.
Coordinate shift maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and service guides.
