Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for an on-site multifamily community. You will oversee operations, mentor the maintenance team, and ensure a clean, safe living environment for residents and staff.

The role requires coordinating with the property manager, managing on-call rotations, and maintaining compliance with safety and leasing regulations. Requirements include 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, strong leadership, proficiency with

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property maintenance.
• Leadership and organizational skills to manage staff.
• Knowledge of lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficient in property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and MS Office.
• Interpersonal, communication, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• CPO & HVAC certifications.
• 40 hours per week, including weekends, on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Monitor and correct hazardous conditions across the property.
• Identify utility cut-offs and map maintenance systems.
• Keep storage areas secure and clean; daily cleanup.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff; promote safety.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with HA ZCOM.
• Approve service requests and manage staff assignments.
• Maintain knowledge of the maintenance budget and expenses.
