Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the property's physical integrity and appearance. You will handle routine maintenance, respond to resident requests, and support safe, efficient operations across buildings, grounds, and amenities.

Qualifications include 1 year of general maintenance experience and HVAC certifications; EPA Type I/II or Universal is preferred for refrigerant handling. On-call availability and a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification (EPA Type I & II or Universal) is preferred or required for refrigerant handling.
• General maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall or painting.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and work on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repair.
• Respond to resident service requests and track repairs using a work order system.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections across the property.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents with inspections and punch lists.
• Maintain amenities and common areas with cleaning and minor repairs.
